• Purchaser of Walk Ins and remote refrigeration units will be assessed a fee of $190.00 per condensing unit for professional pump down and disconnect.  Units will be available for removal on January 4th.
• Purchasers of exhaust fans are required to provide a weather proof mechanical cover for any openings in the building following removal. All electrical to be safely terminated at nearest junction box.
