Directions: I-89 Exit 7 (Berlin). Proceed through 3 traffic lights (62 East). After the 3rd traffic light the road forks - bear right (toward Montpelier). At the bottom of the long hill turn left at the traffic light on to Route 302 North. AOT Central Garage is on the right just after you turn onto Route 302.

Over 200 lots of Surplus Equipment to be sold to the general public, including road graders, dump trucks & backhoes. Public Safety is selling off approximately 30 police cruisers.

• Payment: CASH - Checks will be accepted only if accompanied by a letter of guarantee from bank. Successful bidders will be required to sign a receipt and pay at least 25% of the bid price when an item is sold to them during the Auction, unless they have left a deposit with Auctioneer prior to bidding. Balance payable, by Cash or Cashier's Check made out to TREASURER, STATE OF VERMONT, by 3:30PM Tuesday, May 13, 2008. Payments for all amounts not paid in full day of sale must be made at the Surplus Property facility located at 50 Packard Road in East Montpelier. Directions to Surplus Property facility
• Deposit Forfeit: Any purchaser will forfeit his deposit under the following circumstances: failure to pay balance by the specified time; if purchaser decides that he no longer wants the vehicle, for whatever reason.
• A daily storage charge of $25 per day will be charged for all items (including vehicles) not picked up by 3:00pm on the Wednesday following the auction, unless prior arrangements are made with AOT.
