to Classic and Collector Car Auctions.
Basic
Bidder Agreement
(If
you do not understand or agree with any of
the following conditions, do not
bid)
- Prospective
Purchasers must register to
bid
- Bidders must
be 18 years of age and present a valid
Drivers License to Register
- Upon being
announced the winning bidder, high
bidder must pay a 25% deposit at that
time to auction runner and sign the
deposit receipt form
- The bidder
information on registration card will
be used to prepare the
title
- Once the Bill
of Sale/ Odometer paperwork is
completed, there is a $50 fee to have
it changed
- Cars are sold
‚AS IS‚ and all sales are
final unless they are "Green Light" or
"Yellow Light" auction
vehicles
- "Green Light"
and "Yellow Light" vehicles carry a one
hour delivery warranty, for reason of
engine or transmission failure ONLY,
subject to $500 repair stipulation, per
terms of the light system
- All vehicles
must be paid in full by 5pm, Tuesday
following the auction. Any vehicles not
paid for will be considered
forfeited.
- Vehicles not
removed from the auction site by
Thursday following the auction, will be
charged a $20.00 per day storage
fee.
- Thomas
Hirchak Company will not be responsible
for ANY vehicles left on the
premises.
