Finance Manager

Seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented individual for a full-time position at our Morrisville office who is capable of completing functions with precision.

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensures business financial management
• Maintains accounting system
• Assists in planning and forecasting activities transparently with business partners to achieve business and company goals
• Prepares and reviews financial reports
• Prepares financial forecasts
• Provides financial reports and communication with company CPA and officers
• Oversees and maintains AR/AP
• Handles payroll, employee benefits, payroll taxes
• Monitors financial details to ensure legal compliance
• Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets
• Assists management to make financial decisions
• Investigates means to improve profitability
• Reviews and processes payments of the company
• Maintains an accurate filing and record keeping system for all financial statements and company documents
• Participates in the execution of changes to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate expansion, compliance, and scaling of the business
Qualifications / Skills:
• Strong understanding of confidentiality
• Proficient in QuickBooks Pro and Microsoft Office
• Strong quantitative skills
• Organized and thorough

Education and Experience Requirements:
• BA or BS in economics, finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 3-5 years financial management experience

Auto Yard & Office Assistant

Summary of Position: Auto yard and office responsibilities include working with the auto auction manager and the office manager with inside and outdoor duties. This is a full time position at our Williston office.

Office Duties:

Monitor emails

Answer phones

Process titles and sales paperwork

Greet and assist public

Keep office and lobby neat and in order

Floor plan auto sales

Organize and distribute settlement checks

Assist with folders, auction prep, and catalog printing

Yard Duties:

Photograph and park new inventory

Mark cars with all pertinent information

Reset lot

Move sold inventory to storage

Assist customers with various auto needs

Ability to drive any and all kinds of vehicles and equipment

Auction set up, Including gallery

Clean and detail cars as need.

Car snow removal, assist with plowing as needed, summer yard maintenance, supply runs

This job will require the abilities to remain focused and change tasks as needed This job performs duties in all environments, including inclement weather and heat. Appropriate office attire required. Must be able to pass a background check.
