Since 1979, we’ve proudly served the northeastern United States by successfully marketing both real and personal property through auctions and liquidation sales. We offer a full range of services including on-site, simulcast, and timed online auctions, liquidation sales, personal property appraisals, and consulting.
Our experienced auctioneers are bonded, insured, and licensed in Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire, and we regularly conduct auctions in New York as well. Our team includes professionals with respected credentials from the Auction Marketing Institute, including Graduate Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA), Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE), and Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) designations.
Our main offices are located in Morrisville, Vermont, with our auto auction and commercial warehouse based in Williston, Vermont.
